The Process
Wedding Cakes, Cupcakes, & Dessert Tables
We Need:
Your wedding date
Reception location
(wedding venue with city/state or town if you’re wedding is tented at a private home)
Confirm Availability:
We’ll confirm our availability once we have your date and reception location.
You will receive a link to order a Tasting Box.
Send Photos:
You’ll send up to (4) four photos of design you enjoy
Then, we’ll have a few questions to help us get to know you
Receive a Design Blueprint Proposal:
You’ll receive a Design Blueprint which includes flavor choices, cake sizes, dessert pricing and more about the process.
This Design Blueprint is your true-north. It is a starting line for us, and prior to securing your date you do not need to choose exactly the cake design and flavors that work best for you.
Booking Our Services:
Design Blueprints and Proposals include a link to pay a deposit and sign our contract. The deposit and contract reserves your date and allows us to jump into the Final Design and Flavor Journey.
Once you pay a deposit and sign a contract you’ll receive a link to my calendar to meet for a Final Design Appointment.
(Final Design Appointments are available in-person or by phone during specified dates and times on my calendar.)
Final Design Appointment:
During your Final Design Appointment we will chat through your wedding day design include your aesthetic and color palette.
We’ll talk about the impact and details of each design in your Design Blueprint and carefully choose a design that will perfectly match your wedding day.
As Your Wedding Day Nears:
As your wedding day nears, your final count will be due, this is the number of guests who have RSVP’d yes to your wedding day. And we’ll also tie up any loose ends.

Wedding Dessert Buffet Tables
A table brimming with your favorite sweet treats! A completely custom menu tailored to your favorites!
A few favorites include strawberry shortcake, chocolate mousse, french macarons, flourless chocolate cakes.
• Contract minimum: 80 servings

Wedding Cakes
Buttercream can be beautifully textured, adorned with fresh flowers or sugar flowers.
Fondant offers modern ruching & refined pleats, draping & modern stripes as well as whimsical polka dots!

• $7.50 / guest + buttercream presentation
• $10 / guest + fondant presentation
Wedding Cupcakes
Delicious morsels of cake baked in our Custom Italian Cupcake Liners delicately frosted in smooth buttercream. Pair your cupcakes with a small cake to cut for pictures!
Wow your guests with a variety of flavor choices and customize to color palette.

• $5+ each
• Minimum 3 dozen of each flavor
Guests with Special Dietary Restrictions
A Complimentary Cupcake For Those With Special Dietary Needs
One cupcake per person, please provide a list of each guests name +their restrictions +table number at least 20 days prior to your weddings date.
We are fairly handy at accommodating different restrictions, but we cannot be responsible for accommodating all allergies/restrictions. We will be honest if we are not able to accommodate a specific need.

Sometimes A Kitchen Cake Can Be Used to Cut Down on the Cost of a Tiered Cake
These are undecorated round Buttercream cakes that serve additional guests. This option will be discussed further in your tasting!

Cake Stand, Wedding Dessert Display and Cupcake Tower Rental is Included in Our Wedding Pricing.
All displays are a (4) four day rental and must be returned to the bake shop within (4) four days after your wedding day.
A Security Deposit of $250-$400 is due to rent the item(s).
This is a separate charge on your credit card that is processed. The charge is reversed when the item(s) that you rented are returned with the (4) four day rental period. If your rental is returned late: the charge is not reversed.
