Our most popular package for Overbrook House is a Dessert Buffet Table with a two tiered (two layer) cake for a cake cutting ceremony.
I would describe Overbook House as Vintage Casual Cape Cod Barn Style. Think flowers plucked from a field and placed in vintage jars on your farm tables surrounded by Farm-to-Table foodie eats and charcuterie!
If an early 2000’s Rom-Com of a DIY Wedding was set in a 1920’s Mansion it would be at Overbook House.
Overbrook House features both the casual feel of a backyard DIY wedding with the formality of a 1920’s mansion and approachable fun of a Dance Hall!
With farm fields full of green grass and wildflowers to a gurggling brook, this venue is very flexible for Spring, Summer and Fall weddings. You cannot beat the value of renting Overbrook! You can have your entire wedding on one property yet it feels expansive enough that you can accommodate all of your out of town guests.
Overbrook House is available as a weekly rental and we hear that the value of a week is the same as other venues in the Cape Cod area charge for a day.
You can have your rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception all on the grounds, and there is space and bedrooms for 30 of your closest friends and family.
This is he perfect space for a casual elegant wedding close to Boston but a world away set in a Woodland Farm Setting without the Cape Cod Traffic.
I especially love Overbook House for DIYers. Basically you rent the entire estate property— which is huge— for an entire week.
With perfect for outdoor spaces included a manicured front lawn perfect for lawn games, to a woodland area with large shade trees for your ceremony to a wooded enchanted tent space close to a classic 1940’s Dance Hall perfect for your band to dance the night away!
The large house perfect to rent for your guests is a little something extra.
Most couples rent Thursday-Thursday. With the rental you get a huge 9-10 bedroom house, inground pool, dance hall and use of the grounds (multiple fields).
Bonus: you can rent a secondary house called "The Lodge" which is immediately next to the huge Overbrook House. With this venue you need to bring in EVERYTHING from tents (if you desire) tables, chairs, caters, toilets and all desired decorations
