Return all Displays/Cake Stands within (4) four days after your event.

  • Example: You took the cake stand on Saturday, you need to return it by Wednesday by midnight.

  • Item(s) Can Be returned Any Time of Day: please see the sign next to our main entrance door for “After Hours” details

 

Can I Choose a Specific Stand Ahead of Time: No, unfortunately you cannot. Many of our cake stands are one-of-a-kind. And given the fact that many get lost, stolen or broken, it’s a you-get-what-you-get rental option. If I know you’re looking for a specific color, I’ll do my best to honor the request, but make no guarantees.

HOW IT WORKS:

  • -when you arrive at the bake shop to pick up your order we will show you (2) two items that will work for your event.

  • -you can choose which one works for you.

    -we WILL NOT send you photos of displays prior to your pick up day/time as we do not know what items will be stolen, not-returned, or broken between now and that time.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: is a $200 charge placed on your card at the time of pick up. You MUST have your credit card present when you pick up your order.

You’ll receive a refund of $180 when you return the item within the four (4) days after you received the stand(s).

The $20 covers our credit card fees.

The security deposit total that is charged on your card is the total amount of money that it will cost us to replace the item should you steal it or break it. The security deposit is $200.

 

We REFUND $180 of the original charge on your card when:

  • the item is back in our custody within (4) four days after your event.

  • it is returned in the condition in which it was received. 

  • it is returned in the quantity in which is was received.

Why do you charge my credit card?

  • How much is the security deposit charge that is placed on my credit card?

    • The security deposit charge is $200

  • How long does it take us to refund your card?

    • We refund the card within 2-4 business days of the return

    • We charge your credit card so that we have money to cover the cost to replace the item should you break it, steal it, or purchase a replacement for another customer to use should you return it late.
