A Dusty Blue and Cranberry Wedding Palette
at Shining Tides, Weddings By the Sea.
Adam and Donny’s seaside wedding on the South Coast of Massachusetts overlooked Mattapoisett Harbor at picturesque Shining Tides YMCA.
With tones of dusty slate blue and cranberry wine their elegant table décor was absolutely stunning.
Dessert was Donny’s favorite cake a berry Whipped Cream Layer Cake. The grooms’ used this small ceremonial cake for cutting and served their guests berry inspired cupcakes.
Guests were offered a choice of two flavors of cupcakes set on a sprawling dessert table:
Vanilla Cupcakes with a Crushed Berry Filling
and
Chocolate Cupcakes with Raspberry Filling
The cupcakes were topped with fresh seasonal berries and pieces of fresh herbs from our gardens. The decor complemented Donny and Adam's elegant burgundy wine and dusty slate blue table decor.
Donny and Adam chose a lovely gold embellished cake topper featuring Mr. and Mr. and their pets!
The cupcakes were displayed on a sprawling table alongside the coffee station. We provided the displays: white, glass and some gold accented pedestals and cake stands. Their florist, Sharon and Tori at Always in Bloom left a small vase of flowers that allowed us to style the table with groupings of greenery and anemone, rose and lisianthus.
