About The Barn on Benson’s Pond: a working farm

The wedding venue is a barn in Massachusetts! The Barn on Benson’s Pond is a working cranberry farm that has been converted to a stunning wedding venue.

The barn is comfortable and relaxed— truly a cozy spot!

Benson’s Pond is located on the property - so you get a water view! And the barn itself if surrounded by fields and magical pine forests with sprawling woodland views.

A cranberry bog field is perfectly set in the center or the property for your ceremony.

 
 

Mirada and Ben’s Fall Wedding Color Palette

  • Paprike: a burnt orange color

  • Dusty Antique Blush Pink: a pale icy pink tone

  • Ivory: off-white

  • Dusty Moss: a deep burnished green

  • Eucalyptus: a forest green tone

  • Blueberry: a deep blue tone

  • Cranberry: a deep wine red

 

Lovely tones of apricot, persimmon, pale pink, sage, terracotta, sienna, rust, copper, cinnamon, peach, eucalyptus, wine berry tones in a beautiful textured bouquet.

 

The Bride’s Bouquet and Wedding Flowers

Miranda and Ben chose a muted, Boho color palette of terracotta, light pinks, forest and green and blue and deep red berry tones to highlight the setting of a barn and cranberry bog location.

The bride’s bouquet included: roses, organic and loose textured greenery, berries and so much texture! The bouquet looks like it was picked from a garden!

 
 

A First Look at the Barn Door

Miranda and Ben had their first look at the beautiful antique barn door at the Barn on Benson’s Pond! Miranda’s lace wedding dress with a sweetheart neckline is absolutely stunning! Ben’s dark blue suit is absolutely perfect with his apricot and persimmon toned boutonniere.

 
 

Outdoor Ceremony by a Cranberry Bog

Miranda and Ben said their I Do’s next to a magical woodland forest with a cranberry bog right in the center! Cranberry crates, lanterns and textured flowers that could have been picked from the gardens on the property perfectly highlighted the grassy field location.

Rustic Birch Tree Wedding Arch

Miranda and Ben’s ceremony was capped off with a chuppa, a beautiful wedding arch under which your ceremony is performed. Their’s was made of branches of a birch tree extended to create a apricot, persimmon, pale pink, sage, terracotta, sienna, rust, copper, cinnamon, peach, eucalyptus, wine berry tones in a beautiful textured bouquet.

 
 

Wedding Dessert Table

Miranda and Ben’s chose a wedding desser table. A long wooden farm table filled with their favorite desserts!

 

The Dessert Menu

  • Mini Strawberry Shortcake Cups: portable cups filled with cake, strawberries and topped with whipped cream! A tiny Hoodie-Cup-Style-Spoon caps off this delightful dessert!

  • Apple Cider Donuts: cinnamon sugar covered apple cider donuts are perfect for a fall wedding— well any wedding for that matter!

  • Thick and Chewy Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies: portable cups filled with cake, strawberries and topped with whipped cream! A tiny Hoodie-Cup-Style-Spoon caps off this delightful dessert!

  • French Macarons: filled with chocolate, these colorful and tasty sandwich cookies from France are such a delight!

 

Displays for the Desserts and Cake Stands

Artisan Bake Shop’s wedding dessert tables include rentals, which are displays on which your desserts or cake will sit! Our selection of cake stands, cupcake tower displays is almost endless!

Miranda and Ben’s wedding dessert displays included our wooden crates and box, antique and vintage lace inspired cake plates, Martha Stewart square and round cake plates and cake stands. As well as Mosser Glass milk glass cake stands.

Rentals need to be returned to the bake shop within 3 days after your party date.

 
 

Strawberry Shortcake Dessert Cups (shots)

Strawberry shortcake is one of the best choices for desserts for your wedding! It’s so approachable and light and when you’re dancing it’s so portable!

 
 

Cider Donuts and The Berry Bowl

Cider Donuts: our friends of Cervelli Farm in Rochester is our partner for cider donuts and they create a moist, cinnamon donut that is just absolutely divine!

The Berry Bowl: a bowl filled seasonal berries served with a side of real whipped cream. This is such a wonderful option for a wedding dessert table as it’s perfect for those with special dietary needs and can accommodate a vegan diet (sans whipped cream), diabetic dietary needs.

 
 
 

Dancing the Night Away (with dessert)

Miranda and Ben danced the night away while enjoying little sweet bites of dessert from their wedding dessert bar!

Music pulsed in the Barn and they celebrated into the late evening as husband and wife!
