Meaghan and Jacob enjoyed a dessert bar filled with their favorite desserts and gorgeous coastal inspired cake. We cannot wait to see them for their mini anniversary cake in the fall!

I love that Meaghan and Jacob chose their favorite desserts to share with their guests! And that the selection was also seasonal!

The cider donuts are such a wonderful touch for a fall wedding!

“…we got to share our favorite date night spot with 48 guests: our closest friend family and our immediate family…”I’ve always had a thing for pearls. Maybe because I love the sea, or maybe because “Meaghan” means pearl. Regardless, I’m obsessed and glad they’re trending. Of course when it came to the wedding, it had to have a touch of pearl…which spiraled.“

Meaghan’s First Contact and Vision:

“I’m leaning towards small cake + cupcakes.

My fiancé likes the idea of small cake with dessert options. We’ll try to come to a conclusion

We’re in between the casual yet elegant vibe, but definitely beachy. We’re having a beach ceremony in the Onset area followed by a lovely dinner party at Atlantic Bistro or Ella’s (that decision to be made shortly as well!). No dj/dancing. Just amazing food with our closest crew & immediate family.

Color palette: neutrals; gray, dusty blue, sand, navy, silver

In lieu of flowers, I’m making shell garland similar to the images, and a shell bouquet/boutonnière. There will be be oyster shells and pearls throughout decor, table setting, Peals on my dress. Which is where the cake inspo cake from attached. A friend suggest an oyster cake topper in that pewter looking paint with our initials and wedding date on it. Tbd on that but sounds cool!”
