What’s Makes an Inquiry Custom?

What makes an inquiry custom?

If you’ve browsed through our Order Online Menu and haven’t found the perfect cake or cupcake design for you. You Need a Custom Order.

Custom Cakes or Cupcakes are:

·         a cupcake or cake design that you’ve found on Pinterest or a google search that you’d like us to copy.

OR

·         a design that we create after seeing your invitation or party décor.

Please be sure to contact us a minimum of 3 weeks prior to your event to get started.

And that custom order takes time.

It takes our time to ensure we can complete the order to the specifications you’ve outlined and if we can’t it takes our time to explain the adjustments that need to be made to achieve your desired outcome.

We take that time to put together a Full Custom Quote for you. This a document that you’ll receive in a reply email that includes all of your options, pricing, how-to-order information, flavor menu details, and everything that you Need-to-Know to make an informed decision.

You can expect to hear back from us in 3-5 days with a Custom Quote.

"Custom" takes our time and your time.

Please be sure to contact us 3 weeks prior to your event to get started (at least 21 days prior to your event date)

Choosing a custom cake means you'll need to help us, so we can help you.

Your Job: find designs you like and may need to send us your party invite.

Our Job: We'll evaluate your style and provide a detailed quote with thorough pricing and custom options we suggest.  This can take time, it’s not an instant quote. You can expect to hear from us in 3-5 days after you’ve emailed us the photos of the cake designs you like

Your Job: You get to choose the design, flavors, and any writing or celebration number on the cake.

Ordering A Custom Cake (or Cupcakes) Is Like Purchasing A Custom Car vs. A Car From "The Lot".

With a custom cake: you choose each element from the finish on the bumper to the color of the seats.   And that custom order takes time. It takes out time to ensure we can complete the order to the specifications you’ve outlined and if we can’t it takes our time to explain the adjustments that need to be made to achieve your desired outcome.

With a Order Online Cupcake Order or Cake: you choose from a set menu of sizes, flavors, and designs.

Just like a car on "the lot": you're choosing from a set menu of cars that they have available.

"Custom" takes our time and your time.
